摘 要:某企业燃生物质锅炉的三根水墙管出现穿孔泄漏。本文通过壁厚检测、材质分析、金相检验、水垢及腐蚀产物分析、力学性能试验等等对锅炉水墙管穿孔原因进行了分析,结果表明锅炉水墙管内部存在厚达4mm的水垢及腐蚀产物,水墙管壁厚出现了腐蚀减薄,向火面出现碳化物球化和力学性能下降情况,锅炉给水硬度等严重超标。管内的水垢及腐蚀产物主要为Fe_3O_4和CaSO_4等盐类。由于水墙管被较厚水垢覆盖、导热性能变差形成高温,发生了高温垢下腐蚀,并在局部形成穿孔泄漏。Perforation leakage occurred in three water wall tubes ofa biomass fuel boiler. Through the wall thickness measurement, material composition analysis, metallographic analysis, analysis of scale and corrosion products and mechanical properly test, it is found that there are scale and corrosion products of 4mm thick in the boiler water wall tube, the water wall tubes appear corrosion thinning, the heating surface appears carbide spheroidization and mechanical properties deterioration, boiler water hardness is serious exceeded. The scale and corrosion products in the tube are mainly Fe3O4 and CaSO4. As the water wall is covered with thicker scale, the thernal conductivity deterioration forming a high temperature, under-deposit corrosion occurred which leads to the local corrosion perforation.
