摘　　要：本文分析了当前特种设备作业人员考核固定式考点存在的缺陷,阐明了移动式考核平台开发与应用的必要性,并对移动式考核平台开发的总体架构、系统组成、功能配置、运行流程提出了完整的构想,对该平台未来的应用前景进行了展望。This paper analyzes the current shortcomings of special equipment operating personnel assessment of fixed point, expounds the necessity of development and application of mobile assessment platform, puts forward its overall architecture, system composition, function configuration, operation process and application in the future.
