摘  要:为了保证服装生产工序质量,提高生产效率,提出了实现牛仔服装成串裁片收剪工艺自动化的一种新方法,设计了一种新型的牛仔服装成串裁片自动收剪机,通过可编程控制器PLC控制气动装置和红外感应器,协调上料机构、送料机构、裁剪机构、堆叠机构等的运动,实现了对制衣埋后袋、落拉链等工序中成串裁片车缝线的自动剪切和整齐堆叠。实验表明成串服装裁片自动收剪机的剪切均匀性好,堆叠重合度高,符合制衣工艺需求。In order to ensure the quality of the garment production process and improve the production efficiency, a new method to realize the automation of the cutting process of the denim garments is proposed. A new type of automatic cutting machine for denim clothing clusters is designed. Programmable controller PLC is used to control the pneumatic device and the infrared sensor to coordinate the movement of the feeding mechanism, the feeding mechanism, the cutting mechanism, and the stacking mechanism. The automatic cutting and orderly stacking of cluster stitches in garment embedded bag, falling zippers and other processes is realized. The test shows that automatic cutting and collect machine for clusters of garment cuttings has good cutting uniformity, high stacking contact ratio,which can meet the requirements of the garment manufacturing process.
