大中型电动机插转子机调平机构的设计与研究

摘　　要：详细分析了传统插转子机的调平机构的不足,设计了一种新的调平机构,该调平机构调节高度范围大、减少相应的更换垫块的操作,节省安装成本,且提高了装配速度。并且该调平机构应用于河北电动机股份有限公司取得了良好的效果。This paper analyzes the deficiency of the leveling mechanism of the traditional rotor-inserting machine.A new leveling mechanism is designed.The leveling mechanism has a great range of adjustment height,reduces the operation of corresponding replacement pads,saves the installation cost,and improves assembly speed.And the leveling mechanism is applied to Hebei Electric Co.,Ltd.,and has achieved good results.
