摘　　要：研制一种填料平面密封装置,利用传统填料密封机理,借鉴机械密封的轴向端面密封结构。对于填料密封而言,压盖轴向施压于填料,经过填料的变形产生作用于轴表面的径向力从而实现密封。对于机械密封而言,一对密封环轴向互相接触和摩擦加上其他辅助部件共同作用实现密封。该新型密封装置,填料对于密封环表面在轴向具有良好的浮动追随性,彼此贴合摩擦润滑良好,而且对轴无磨损,加之其使用方便、价格低廉和密封良好,将会成为未来在旋转轴密封领域的一个有效可行的技术方案。A rectangular packing seal device is developed by using the traditional packing seal mechanism and referring to the axial seal of the mechanical seal. For a packing seal, the gland axially presses against the packing,deforming it to produce radial force acting on the shaft surface to seal. For a mechanical seal, a pair of seal rings is axially in contact with each other and rubbed together with other accessories to achieve sealing. This paper invents a new type of sealing device. The packing has a good floating followability to the surface of the sealing ring in the axial direction, good friction and good adhesion to each other, no wear on the shaft, easy use, low price and good sealing.The sealing device will become an effective and feasible technical solution in the field of rotary shaft sealing.
