摘　　要：目的评价《助听器快速使用指南》的临床应用效果。方法 100例老年听力损失患者(年龄60~90岁,平均71.74±9.37岁),其中有、无助听器使用经验者分别为52、48例,在阅读《助听器快速使用指南》前、后分别填写自制的助听器快速使用指南调查问卷,比较患者阅读前后对助听器的使用方法、保养和维护等注意事项的掌握程度。结果 (1)无助听器使用经验者在阅读指南后,回答"是"的人数较阅读前明显增加,每道问题都有显著性差异(P<0.05)。(2)有助听器使用经验者在阅读指南后,回答"是"的人数较阅读前明显增加,除问题5外,其余问题都有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论《助听器快速使用指南》可以帮助老年人快速掌握助听器的使用、清洁保养等注意事项,适合应用于老年人的助听器验配。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the Hearing Aids Quick Guide in the clinical application.Methods A total of 100 elderly people（mean age 71.74±9.37）with hearing aids were included in this study.They were divided into two groups,52 cases with experience of using hearing aids and 48 cases without experience of using hearing aids.They filled in the homemade questionnaire before and after reading the Hearing Aids Quick Guide.Then we compared differences in the mastery degree at usage and maintaining of hearing aids before and after reading.Results The number of patients without experience of using hearing aids who answered ＂yes＂ was significantly increased after reading,and there were significant differences in each question（P〈0.05）.The number of patients with experience of using hearing aids who answered ＂yes＂ was significantly increased after reading,and there were significant differences in each question（P〈0.05）except the fifth question.Conclusion The Hearing Aids Quick Guide can help elderly people understand how to use and maintain hearing aids correctly and quickly,this is suitable for the fitting of hearing aids for elderly people.
