摘 要:测试系统作为飞机气候环境实验室的关键子系统,用于跟踪记录飞机子系统的试验环境条件及运行状态信息数据,为系统故障分析、确定故障处理动作,以及飞机改装设计提供数据支持。飞机整机气候试验中存在测试参数种类多、数据量大、总采样率高、测量点分布范围广的特点,造成试验效率低、布线复杂、试验成本高的问题。为解决这些问题,重点讨论了系统架构组成、功能,以及设计要点,提出了适用于气候环境实验室的网络化分布式测试系统,为气候环境实验室测试系统的设计实施提供了支持。As an important subsystem, testing system is used to track the conditions of the aircraft subsystems during the test, record the environmental conditions in case of failure, help in fault analysis, and determine any corrective actions or modifications required due to subsystem or component failure. Through accurate understanding of current subsystem performance under extreme environmental conditions, this information is also very useful to designers of future systems. Aircraft testing in the climatic laboratory involves numerous test parameters, large amount of test data, high sampling rate and a wide range of measurement points, which can affect the test efficiency, cost, and lead to the complexity of the wiring. The distributed test system of aircraft climatic environment laboratory based on Ethernet network was designed to solve these problems. The architecture, function and vital design points of the test system were studied, which provided support for the test system design of climatic environment test facility.
