摘　　要：国医大师刘尚义教授有丰富的临床经验,治男女科独具特色。笔者总结刘尚义教授男女科证治经验,重视肝、肾、脾胃。其特色如下:(1)肾藏精,男女生殖根于肾;(2)调经治肝,治肝必治气治血;(3)脾主带脉,主约束;阳明司冲脉,主开阖升降;(4)男子以补肾填精为要,女子以调肝养血为先;(5)主张"男药女用""女药男用";(6)重视局部微观辨证,提出妇科膜病理论,重视风药,倡导膜络同治,肤药疗膜病,用外疡科的诊疗思路及用药经验治疗女科疾病。以上经验和学术思想,拓展了男女科疾病诊疗思路。Professor LIU Shang-yi, Chinese medicine great master with rich clinical experience,has engaged in andrology and gynecology with his unique treating characteristics. By summarizing the treatment experience of andrology and gynecology of professor LIU Shang-yi. find that he attached importance to the treatment of liver, kidney, spleen and stomach. His academic experience is as follows. Firstly, the male and female reproductive sources are derived from the kidneys storing the essence of reproduction. Secondly, female menstruation basically is related to liver. Irregular menstruation basically treat liver which is mainly treated by qi and blood. Thirdly, the spleen charges belt channel which can bind the viscus. Yangming meridians charge thoroughfare channel which in charge of make-and-break key and going up and down. Fourthly, it is the most important for men to tonify kidney essence and for women to nourish the liver and blood. Fifthly, he use traditional Chinese medicine for treating male to treat gynecology, and use traditional Chinese medicine for treating female to treat andrology. Sixthly, paying attention to local and microcosmic syndrome differentiation, He proposed the theory of membrane disease in gynecology, treated gynecology with carminatives, advocated membrane disease in company with collateral disease treatment, and applied the treating of gynecological diseases by using the thoughts and experience of medication in department of dermatology. These above experience and academic thoughts have expanded the thinking of diagnosis and treatment of andrology diseases and gynecological diseases.
