基于苗医“四大筋脉”理论治疗慢性颈痛经验

摘　　要：苗医认为人体"四大筋脉"具有"筋行气,脉行血"的功能和"以通为用,以畅为安,以塞为病,以绝为亡"的特点,是躯干和四肢联系的主要通道,也是人体生物信息和物质的传导系统,在疾病的发生和治疗中起特殊作用,刺激筋脉能够激发人体惠气和灵动能,从而起到防治疾病的作用。随着信息社会的发展及生活习惯和工作方式的改变,慢性颈痛发病率逐年上升,且呈年轻化趋势。苗医将慢性颈痛归属于"骨痛症""冷骨风""冷肉风"等范畴,苗医认为"无毒不致病,无乱不成疾",强调内外邪毒均可损伤筋脉,使气血不畅而致病,治疗上主张祛毒、通气散血,用苗医弩药针、隔药纸火灸、刮治法等治疗慢性颈痛疗效可靠,为苗医药治疗慢性颈痛及类似病症提供了参考,具有临床推广应用价值。Miao medicine believes that the human body ‘four big sinew-meridian＇ has the function of ‘sinew promoting circulation of qi, meridian promoting circulation of blood＇. While it also has the characteristic of ‘if the qi and blood run smoothly, then five viscera function well; if their circulations are obstructed, then the five viscera function abnormal; if the qi and blood are extinction, then the five viscera are died＇. ‘Four big sinew-meridian＇ is the main connection between the trunk and limbs, and it is also the transmission system of human biological information and material, which plays a special role in the occurrence and treatment of disease, by giving a certain stimulation to the sinew-meridian and stimulating the Hui Qi and Ling Dong Neng of human body to play the role of prevention and treatment of disease. The incidence of chronic neck pain is increasing year by year with the development of information society and the changes of living habits and working styles, and its trend is younger. Chronic neck pain in Miao medicine belongs to ‘bone pain disease＇, ‘cold wind bone＇, ‘cold muscle wind＇ category etc. Miao medicine believes that ‘no poison, no disease, and no disorder, no disease＇. It is emphasized that both internal and external pathogens can injure the sinew-meridian, making the qi and blood run un-smoothly, then causing disease. In terms of treatment, Miao medicine advocates removing toxin, promoting the circulation of qi and moving blood. It is reliable to cure chronic neck pain by using crossbow medicine needle, drug-separated paper-fire moxibustion and cupping therapy of Miao medicine. It provides reference for the treatments of chronic neck pain and similar diseases in Miao medicine, and it has the clinical application value.
