摘　　要：异常子宫出血(崩漏)是妇科常见病、疑难病之一,病机复杂,病情多变。若月经周期紊乱,经血淋漓不尽,可引起患者贫血、不孕症等;若出血如注、暴崩不止,可致失血性休克而危及生命。许昕教授临证经验丰富,认为该病:(1)不同年龄病机各异;(2)热蕴阳明、累及血海、冲任不固是常见病机;(3)瘀滞乃病发契机。治疗方面以出血期"因势利导",非出血期"益肾固本"为法,达到改善脏腑功能、恢复阴阳平衡的目的,从而促进排卵、调整月经周期。Abnormal uterine bleeding（metrorrhagia and metrostaxis） is one of the common and difficult and complicated diseases of gynecology. Its pathogenesis is complex and changeable. If menstrual cycle is disordered and menstrual blood is dripping endless, it can cause anemia, infertility, etc. If there is excessive bleeding, it can result in hemorrhagic shock and lifethreatening. Professor XU Xin is rich experienced in clinical diagnosis and treatment, and XU believes that：（1）the pathogenesis is diverse in different age period.（2）Its common pathogenesis are heat assembling in Yangming meridians and affecting the blood sea, and insecurity of Chong and Conception channels.（3）Stasis is the core of the time of disease onset. In terms of the treatment, the bleeding period is ‘the extraneous blood is extracted according to the causes of hemorrhage＇, non-bleeding period is ‘tonifying kidney for consolidating body resistance＇, to improve the function of viscera and restore the balance between yin and yang, promoting ovulation and adjusting the menstrual cycle.
