摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎总属本虚标实,王道坤教授根据慢性萎缩性胃炎发病规律、临床特征及病理特点,认为脾胃虚弱贯穿发病之始终,久致痰瘀交阻,中焦气机不利而成痞满。王教授从气虚痰瘀论治慢性萎缩性胃炎,以健脾益气、化痰祛瘀为大法,在挖掘敦煌古医方大调中丸的基础上,创制化瘀消痞汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效颇佳,值得临床推广。Chronic atrophic gastritis usually belongs to deficient essence and excessive external symptoms. According to the pathogenesis, clinical features and pathological characteristics of chronic atrophic gastritis, Professor WANG Dao-kun believes the weekness of spleen and stomach always exists in the whole development process of disease, causing phlegm and blood stasis, and distention and fullness due to middle-jiao disorder qi movement. In the present study, Professor WANG treated chronic atrophic gastritis from the theory of phlegm and blood stasis due to qi deficiency. The main treatment methods are invigorating spleen and replenishing qi, and dissipating phlegm and eliminating blood stasis. Based on excavating Dunhuang ancient medical prescription Datiaozhong Pills, Huayu Xiaopi Decoction treating chronic atrophic gastritis created by Professor WANG has remarkable effect, which is deserved expanding to clinic.
