摘　　要：顽固性失眠是常见的重症睡眠障碍,其病程迁延,病机复杂,严重影响人们的身心健康。青紫舌作为临床常见舌象特征,对疾病的诊治及预后有重要的指导意义。笔者根据长期临床实践及舌诊经验总结,发现青紫舌是顽固性失眠的典型舌象。文章旨在通过分析顽固性失眠的病因病机特点,结合具体的临床舌象表现,探究顽固性失眠与青紫舌之间的相关性,归纳其舌象变化规律,为今后的临床辨治提供参考。Intractable insomnia was a common severe sleep disorder. Its course of disease was delayed and its pathogenesis was complex, which seriously affected people＇s physical and mental health. As a common tongue manifestation, purplish tongue played an important role in the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of diseases. Based on the long-term clinical practice and the experience of tongue diagnosis, the author found that purplish tongue was a typical tongue manifestation of intractable insomnia. The purpose of this study was to investigate the etiology and pathogenesis of intractable insomnia and to explore the correlation between stubborn insomnia and purplish tongue with specific clinical manifestations of the tongue and to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment in the future.
