摘 要:冠心病是我国常见病、多发病,痰瘀互结证是其临床常见中医证型。鉴于鞘脂及其代谢通路在冠心病发病机制中的特殊作用,鞘脂可能是构成痰瘀互结证的物质基础之一,鞘脂代谢特征可能是有别于其他证型的内在基础,鞘脂组学有望成为冠心病痰瘀互结证证本质研究的有力切入点。文章系统诠释了冠心病痰瘀互结证证本质的鞘脂组学研究策略,为冠心病痰瘀互结证证本质研究提供借鉴。Coronary heart disease is one of common and frequently occurring disease in China, and the syndrome of intermingling of phlegm and static blood is a common syndrome type of coronary heart disease in TCM. In view of the special role of sphingolipids and their metabolic pathway in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease, sphingolipids may be the material basis and nature of syndrome of intermingling of phlegm and static blood, sphingolipid metabolism characteristics may be intrinsic basis different from other syndromes, making sphingolipid become a breakpoint in the essence study of coronary heart disease with syndrome of intermingling of phlegm and static blood. This paper systemically explained the sphingolipidomic research strategy in exploring the syndrome nature of syndrome of intermingling of phlegm and static blood in coronary heart disease, providing certain references in future study.
