摘　　要：痛风发病率逐年升高,且发病年龄呈年轻化趋势,急性期关节的剧烈疼痛和反复发作成为临床研究的重要课题。外治法在治疗痛风上有独特之处,且可避免长期应用口服药的胃肠道不适。鉴于我国部分少数民族医药在防治痛风上有丰富的用药经验和外治方法,为改进和寻找安全有效的、新的治疗方式,笔者查阅近20年我国少数民族外治痛风的资料,进行收集整理,以期与中医外治法相结合,取长补短,为痛风提供新的外治思路,同时促进民族医药的发展与推广。The incidence of gout has been increasing year by year, and the onset age has showed a younger trend. Severe pain and recurrent attacks of the joints in acute stage have become an important subject in clinical project. The external therapy has its unique features in the treatment of gout, and it can avoid the gastrointestinal discomfort of taking oral medicine for a long time. Some national minorities＇ medicines in China have rich experience in drug application and external treatment in the gout. In order to improve and find safe, effective and new methods, the author referred to the data on the external treatment of gout by national minorities in China in the last 20 years and summarized them. It is expected to combine with the external treatment of TCM, to make up for the shortcoming, to provide new ideas of external treatment for gout, and to promote the development and promotion of national medicine.
