摘　　要：透刺法作为一种特殊的针刺方法,从古至今为历代医家所重视,能疏通经络气血、解痉止痛、舒利关节、免伤皮卫之气,具有取穴少、疗效佳、针感强、便于推广的优点。目前,透刺法已在临床上得到了针灸同道的普遍认可,如直刺深透、斜刺平透、沿皮刺横透、多向透刺等,若随证施针,不失为提高针灸疗效的有效方法。通过整理相关文献资料,现将有关透刺法的历史沿革、现代应用概况及其机制初探现状报告如下,以期在系统学习透刺针法的基础上,继承和发扬其精髓,拓展透刺针法的临床应用。As a special acupuncture method, the penetration acupuncture has been paid great attention by ancient physicians in all ages. It can promote qi, blood and meridians, relieve spasms and pain, relieve joint pain, and prevent injury to the skin. It has fewer acupoints, good curative effect, strong needling sensation, and is easy to promote. Currently, penetration acupuncture has been widely recognized in clinical practice by acupuncture peers, such as deep penetration, oblique thorn penetration, transdermal penetration, multi-directional penetration, etc. If manipulated with the syndrome, it is an effective way to improve the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion. By collating related documents, the current status, historical evolution, modern application profile and mechanism of the penetration acupuncture is reported as follows, so as to systematically learn the method of penetration acupuncture, inherits and develops its essence, and expands the clinical application of penetration acupuncture.
