摘　　要：目的:建立首乌益智胶囊的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用Thermo Syncronis C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%甲酸水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,进样量10μL,柱温30℃,检测波长280nm,流速1.0mL/min。结果:建立了首乌益智胶囊的HPLC特征指纹图谱,确定了24个共有峰,指认了2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、丹酚酸B、大黄素、大黄素甲醚和丹参酮ⅡA五个特征峰。结论:建立的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法简单、重现性好,可为首乌益智胶囊的质量评价提供依据。Objective： To establish HPLC fingerprint analysis method of Shouwu Yizhi Capsule. Methods： Thermo Syncronis C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm） was used. The gradient elution was carried out with acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid water as the mobile phase. The injection volume was 10μL, the column temperature was 30°C, the detection wavelength was 280 nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results： HPLC fingerprints of Shouwu Yizhi Capsule were established, 24 common peaks were identified, and 2, 3, 5, 4＇-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside was identified. There are five characteristic peaks of salvianolic acid B, emodin, emodin monomethyl ether, and tanshinone ⅡA. Conclusion： The established HPLC fingerprinting method is simple and reproducible. It can provide the basis for quality evaluation of Shouwu Yizhi Capsule.
