新生精胶囊对氢化可的松致小鼠肾阳虚的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究新生精胶囊补肾壮阳的作用。方法:将雄性小鼠随机分为新生精胶囊高、中、低剂量(1.60、0.80、0.40 g/kg)组,对照组,模型组,阳性药参茸鞭丸组。观察各组雄性小鼠体征状态、交配能力、耐寒能力、耐缺氧能力及性腺器官及免疫器官脏器指数。结果:新生精胶囊可增加氢化可的松模型小鼠的体重,增加体温和自主活动,延长低温游泳时间和耐缺氧存活时间,提高性器官及免疫器官指数,增强小鼠的交配能力。结论:新生精胶囊具有改善氢化可的松所致雄性小鼠肾阳虚的作用。Objective： To study and observe the protective effect of New Shengjing Capsules（ NSC） on tonifying the kidney-Yang.Methods： The male mice were randomly divided into six groups： high,medium and low dose groups of NSC,control group,model group and positive drug group. The physical status,mating ability,old tolerance,hypoxia tolerance,gonad organ and immune organ index of male mice were observed. Results： NSC can increase the hydrocortisone model mice body weight,body temperature and locomotor activity,prolong the swimming time of low temperature and hypoxia survival time,improve sexual organs and immune organ index,enhance the mating ability of mice. Conclusion： NSCcan improve the kidney yang deficiency in male mice induced by hydrocortisone.
