摘  要:以我国奶业发展历程、内蒙古自治区概况及奶牛品种为背景,对近年来内蒙古自治区奶牛饲养头数和产奶量的发展、奶农经营模式和生产结构的变化、乳制品消费趋向、原奶价格变化、学生饮用奶计划实施情况及乳品企业概况进行了详细的探讨与分析。经分析概括内蒙古乳业现状及所面临的问题并推测当前我国乳业的发展趋势为进一步提高奶源质量、优质有机奶概念的成熟发展、发酵乳制品的积极推行和快速进入低温巴氏奶领域。On the basis of the development of dairy industry in China, the situation of Inner Mongolia autonomous Region and the varieties of dairy cows, the development of dairy cows and milk production in Inner Mongolia autonomous region in recent years, the changes of dairy farmers" business model and production structure, the consumption trend of dairy products, the changes of row milk price, the implementation of students drinking milk program and the present situation of dairyenterprises were discussed and analyzed in detail. The current situation and problems ofdairy industry in Inner Mongolia were summarized and speculates that the developmenttrend of dairy industry in China isfurther improving the quality of milk quality,the mature development of the concept of high quality organic milk, promoting fermented dairy products actively and entering the low temperature pasteurized milk field quickly.
