摘　　要：从婴幼儿配方米粉的实际生产角度出发,分析了原辅材料、加工过程、储存运输等环节可能出现的风险点,并对企业的产品配方、原辅料选择、生产过程等方面提出了改进措施及建议。This article analysis the raw materials, processing, storage and transportation and other aspects of the possible risks from the perspective of the actual production of infant formula rice cereal, and give the improvement measures and suggestions to enterprise of product formulation, raw material selection, production process and other aspects.
