摘　　要：血管外科很大程度得益于19世纪外科飞速发展时期的创新基础。如今，新一轮的科技和产业革命，推动了血管外科的发展，与血管外科医学有关的创新重点领域包括个体化治疗、新材料、生物医药、高性能医疗器械及人工智能领域的研究迅速进展，为学科的发展提供支持。总体上，血管外科发展还在不断成长和完善中，随着人口老龄化的进展，血管外科疾病的发病率呈逐年增高趋势；影像学技术的迅速发展，极大地增加了血管外科疾病的检出率并推动了腔内技术的蓬勃发展；而创新技术及信息化时代，为血管外科疾病的研究提供了机遇和挑战。了解新技术新信息对于本专业的发展具有巨大的影响，无论各种医学研究，最终的目的是服务于人类的健康。Vascular surgery largely benefits from the innovation foundation of the 19th century surgical flight development period. Now, a new round of science and technology and industrial revolution promote the development of vascular surgery. The key areas related to vascular surgery medical innovation, including individualized treatment, new materials, biological medicine, high- performance medical apparatus and instruments, and the field of artificial intelligence research make quick progress, which provides support for the development of the discipline. In general, the development of vascular surgery is still grow- ing and improving. With the progress of population aging, the incidence of diseases required for vascular surgery is increasing year by year. The rapid development of imaging technology has greatly increased the detection rate of diseases required for vascular surgery and promoted the vigorous development of intracavitary technology. And the innovation technology and informatization provide the opportunity and challenge for the research of vascular surgery diseases. Understanding new technology and new information has a great impact on the development of this profession. Regardless of medical research, the ultimate goal is to serve the health of mankind.
