摘 要:脊髓损伤所导致的神经功能障碍尚无法治愈。近年来,随着全基因组测序及生物信息学技术的发展,大量与脊髓损伤及修复相关的表观遗传学调控靶点被陆续发现,这必将为脊髓损伤的基础及临床研究开辟崭新空间。鉴于此,本文将基于领域内最新进展及笔者近期研究工作对脊髓损伤相关表观遗传学调控机制进行综述。Neurological dysfunction caused by spinal cord injury is still incurable. Recently, with the development of whole genome sequencing and bioinformatics analysis, considerable spinal cord injury associated epigenetic regulatory targets have been discovered, which are promising for the spinal cord injury study. Accordingly, here we summarize the spinal cord injury associated epigenetic regulation mechanism of spinal cord injury based on the latest literature and studies of our group.
