产业链本地化视域下旅游扶贫研究

摘　　要：文章从产业链本地化与旅游扶贫的关系出发,以旅游产业链本地化为视角,分析了目前旅游扶贫存在缺少本地核心旅游企业、旅游“飞地化”较为严重、贫困地区旅游产业链窄且短、贫困人口参与率低等问题,并提出加大本地旅游核心企业建设、减少贫困地区旅游飞地化、拓宽延长本地旅游产业链、提高产业链中贫困人口的参与率等解决策略。Starting from the relationship between the localization of the industrial chain and the tourism poverty al- leviation, the article analyzed the problems of the lack of local core tourism enterprises, the more serious tourism ＂enclave＂, the narrow and short tourism industry chain in the poor areas, and the low rate of the poor population and the low rate of participation to in the poverty alleviation. It also proposed to increase the construction of core tourism enterprises in local tourism, to reduce the tourism enclave in poor areas, and to broaden the strategy of ex- tending the local tourism industrial chain and increasing the participation rate of the poor in the industrial chain.
