县域农业产业融合发展的实践考察——以清河县马屯红果种植专业合作社为例

摘　　要：实施乡村振兴战略,产业兴旺是重点。依托地区比较优势,推进农业供给侧结构性改革,促进一二三产业融合发展,不断进行产业升级,是实现农业现代化、发展区域经济的现实选择。河北省清河县以马屯红果种植专业合作社为载体,促进当地山楂产业融合发展,延长了产业链,提升了产品附加值,在探索农村一二三产业融合进程中取得了显著成效。文章分析了清河县马屯红果种植专业合作社山楂产业融合发展的实践模式,提出有利于清河县山楂产业优化升级的对策和建议,为其他县域农业产业融合发展提供借鉴。The prosperity of industry is the key to carry out the strategy of rural revitalization. We should rely on lo- cal comparative advantages to push forward agricultural supply-side structural reform, promote the integration and development of the first-second-third industry, and constantly upgrade industries. This is a realistic choice to real- ize agricultural modernization and develop regional economy. As the carrier of the Hawthorn industry in Qinghe County, Hebei Province, the Matun Hawthorn Cultivation Cooperatives promoted the local hawthorn industry de- velopment, extended the industrial chain, promoted the added value of the product, and got remarkable achieve- ments in the process of exploring the integration of the first-second-third industry in the countryside. This paper analyzed the practical mode of the integration development of the hawthorn industry in Matun Hawthorn Cultiva- tion Cooperatives in detail, and put forward some suggestions in favor of the optimization and upgrading of the hawthorn industry in Qinghe County, to provide reference for the development of agricultural industry in other counties.
