摘　　要：在生态文明制度改革背景下,严厉打击象牙贸易犯罪已经成为我国重要的政策。经济全球化导致国际间人员流动的增长和贸易设施的完善,这在一定程度上为象牙贸易犯罪增长提供了条件。但在野生动物保护执法国际合作实践中,缺少完善的国际合作机制,制约了象牙贸易犯罪治理的效率提升。整合国内执法资源,加强以中国为主导的象牙贸易犯罪热点国家合作机制,有助于提高象牙贸易犯罪治理的经济效益和生态效益,促进社会可持续发展。Under the background of ecological civilization system reform, cracking down the illegal ivory trade has become an important policy in China. Economic globalization has led to the growth of international personnel flow and the improvement of trade facilities, which provides a condition for the growth of illegal ivory trade to a certain extent. However, in the practice of international cooperation in the field of law enforcement, the lack of a sound in- ternational cooperation mechanism has restricted the efficiency of the illegal ivory trade governance. The integra- tion of domestic law enforcement resources and the strengthening of China - Oriented Cooperative Mechanism of illegal ivory trade hot spots will help to improve the economic and ecological benefits of the illegal ivory trade gov- ernance and promote the sustainable development of the society.
