摘  要:以《人民法院报》409篇司法公开主题报道及评论为分析样本,从如下两个角度分析:形式体裁分析旨在考察样本文章的版面分布、报道内容、文章作者、报道地域、被报道对象审级、文章体裁及公共交流等问题;目的策略分析旨在考察样本文章的价值取向,通过诉诸政治权威、"四权"保护、信息技术、统计数据等策略,样本文章突出强调司法公开的作用和效果。司法公开报道的展示性与宣传性特征明显,但同时目标群体定位失准影响关注度,重复报道影响新闻性,竞相公开导致信号失灵,实际效用应成为报道的重心。Taking 409 pieces of judicial publicity theme reports and comments as analysis samples, the thesis makes analysis from the following two points of view:Type and form analysis aims to study issues such as layout, contents, author, territory, trial level of the reported subjects, type and form, and public communication. Aim and strategy analysis seeks to study the value orientation of the sample articles. The sample articles put emphasis on function and effect of judicial publicity, appealing to strategies such as political authority, protection of Four Rights ( as abbreviation of right to be informed, right to participate, right to express, right to supervise) , information technology, statistical data etc. The demonstration and dissemination character of judicial publicity reports is quite evident. But at the same time, the misalignment of target groups position al^ects attention, the repetition of report affects journalism, vying in publicizing leads to signal failure, the actual effect should become the emphasis of the reports.
