摘 要:布朗葡萄藻是一种能够在细胞内积累多种油脂和碳氢化合物的绿色微藻,根据其积累的不同碳氢化合物,可以将其分为A、B和L型3个主要化学种,最近也有发现其存在S亚型。之前对葡萄藻的研究大多都围绕其培养优化、产物分离及品系筛选等方面展开。伴随着高通量测序的发展,通过转录组测序可以一次获得个体内大量未知基因并对其进行注释及定量分析,完备的转录组数据可以为后续的基因分析提供大量的可用信息。本综述主要介绍了布朗葡萄藻各化学种的碳氢化合物及其合成途径、已报道的A、B和L型转录组研究,并且对未来基于基因组的葡萄藻转录组分析进行了探讨。Botryococcus braunii is a kind of green microalgae that can accumulate a variety of lipids and hydrocarbons in the cells. B. braunii strains can be classified into 3 major chemical species (A, B and L types) based on different kinds of hydrocarbons. Recently, S subtype was found in B. braunii. Most traditional studies on B. braunii focused on its culture optimization, product isolation and strain screening, etc. With the development of high-throughput sequencing technology, a large number of unknown genes could be obtained by transcriptome sequencing, and they were annotated as well as quantitatively analyzed. Complete transcriptome data could provide lots of useful information for gene analysis. This review mainly introduced the hydrocarbons of various chemical species in B.braunii and their biosynthetic metabolic pathways, reported studies on transcriptome of A, B and L types, and discussed the future analysis orB. braunii transcriptome based on genome data.
