科研人员选择巨型OA期刊发文的影响因素分析——以PLoS ONE为例

摘　　要：【目的】了解影响科研人员选择巨型开放获取期刊投稿的关键因素,为未来国内巨型开放获取期刊发展和吸引科研人员投稿提供借鉴。【方法】以2016年在PLo S ONE上发文的作者为问卷调查对象,构建影响科研人员选择巨型开放获取期刊发文的因素评价量表,利用SPSS软件进行因子分析,找出并分析关键影响因素。【结果】巨型开放获取期刊的质量、声誉、评审和出版速度是影响作者选择的最关键因素。【结论】期刊出版商应通过采用开放同行评议和社群评估来保证刊发论文质量;通过缩短论文评审和出版周期来吸引作者投稿;通过扩展期刊学科覆盖领域来增加期刊受众面;设置合理的文章处理费收费标准,打击欺诈性巨型开放获取期刊。[Purposes] This paper aims to understand key influencing factors of researchers＇ choice with open access mega-journals and provide references for publishing industry. [Methods] Taking the authors who published articles on the PLo S ONE in 2016 as respondents,we took the method of network questionnaire and constructed evaluation scale of factors which influenced researchers on choosing open access mega-journals. The key influencing factors were analyzed by factor analysis with SPSS software.[Findings]The quality,reputation,review,and publishing speed of journals are important factors that affected authors＇ choice.[Conclusions]Publishers should try to use open peer reviewand community assessment to ensure the quality of papers and enhance the influence of journals. They should expand the journals＇ broad and shorten the reviewand publication period to attract authors＇ submission,and set reasonable APC and crack down on fraudulent open access journals.
