摘　　要：倍流整流ZVZCS全桥变换器可实现超前桥臂的零电压开关和滞后桥臂的零电流开关,副边整流二极管实现自然换流。变换器具有开关频率恒定、变换器利用率高、开关管损耗小等优点。分析了倍流整流ZVZCS全桥变换器的的工作原理。运用Matlab搭建了变换器主电路的仿真模型,给出仿真结果,验证了倍流整流ZVZCS全桥变换器的工作原理和特点。Zero-Voltage Zero-Current Switching（ZVZCS）full bridge converter with current-doubler-rectifier（CDR）can achieve zerovoltage switching for the leading leg and zero-current switching for the lagging leg, and the rectifier diodes commute naturally. The converter has the features of its constant switching frequency, high utilization and small switching loss. The operating principle of ZVZCS full-bridge converter with CDR is analyzed and the simulation model of main circuit of the converter is built using MATLAB simulation software. The simulation results are given. The operating principle and features of the ZVZCS full-bridge converter with CDR converter are verified.
