京津冀地区产业结构变化与城市化协调发展研究

摘　　要：在分析产业结构变化与城市化相互作用关系的基础上,运用系统学、协同学的相关理论与框架建立距离协调度模型,对京津冀地区2005-2015年期间的产业结构与城市化协调发展水平进行了实证研究。结果表明:(1)京津冀产业结构与城市化发展水平逐年提升,而且城市化发展水平总体高于产业结构发展水平;(2)京津冀产业结构与城市化的协调度保持在较高水平,但存在一定的起伏波动。北京的协调度水平高于天津和河北,三地之间的协调度差距呈逐渐扩大的趋势;(3)京津冀产业结构与城市化综合发展度逐渐提高,北京的综合发展优势随时间推移更加显著,天津与河北的综合发展度差距逐渐缩小;(4)京津冀产业结构与城市化协调发展度总体呈平稳增长态势,但地区间仍存在明显差异,津冀两省市的产业结构和城市化协调发展水平与北京相比差距明显。Grounded on the analysis on the relationship between industrial structure change and urbanization, this paper has conducted an empirical study on the coordinated development between industrial structure and urbanization in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei region during 2005 - 2015 by adoption of the theory and framework of system and synergetics so as to establish the distance coordination degree model. According to the results： （ 1 ） The industrial structure and urbanization development level of Beijing- Tianjin-Hebei region is increasingly higher year by year while the level of urbanization is higher than that of industrial structure development. （2） The industrial structure and urbanization coordination degree in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region have maintained at a high level, while there is still a certain fluctuation. The coordination degree of Beijing is higher than that of Tianjin and Hebei, where the gap among the three places is increasingly expansive. （3） The comprehensive development of industrial structure and urbanization in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has been gradually improved, and the comprehensive development advantage that Beijing boasts will be more significant with time passing by, while the gap between Tianjin and Hebei in respect of comprehensive development has been gradually narrowed. （4） In the overall way, the coordinated development between industrial structure and urbanization in Beijing- Tianjin-Hebei region has demonstrated a steady growth trend, while there are still obvious differences. Moreover, Tianjin and Hebei still far fall behind Beijing in respect of interactive development between industrial structure and urbanization.
