摘　　要："领域法"范式开辟了法学研究、法律思维和法治治理的新路径。将"领域法"范式作为"领域法学"理论的核心要件,是研究法律现象的重要工具。秉承"问题界定—规范提炼—调整适用"的逻辑方法,"领域法"范式能彰显其立论理性与实践价值并重的实际效能,对现实问题之妥适解决大有增益。与之同时,为"领域法"范式总结一般体系与适用条件,将为"领域法"提供合理性与正当性的智识支撑。依照"领域法"范式所生发的思维模式,亦有助于推动我国社会科学研究方法与法学教育的转型发展。The paradigm of the Field Law provides a new approach for legal research and legal thinking. As the corn component of Field Law, the paradigm of the Field Law is an essential tool to study legal phenomenon. By adhering to the logic of ＂defining question-refining principle-adjusting properly＂, paradigm of the Field Law is more likely to illustrate its rationality and efficien- cy, which facilitates resolution of existing problems. Meanwhile, the general system and condition precedents of paradigm of the Field Law provides justification and legitimacy. The way of thinking in paradigm of the Field Law would also encourage the up- grade and development of law methodology and law education of our nation.
