摘 要:传统的正交光标记方案大多对调制消光比较为敏感,限制了光信号的高速长距离传输。理论分析了差分双相码(DBC)的低消光比敏感性,在深入研究了D8PSK/DBC-ASK正交信号调制与解调原理的基础上,提出并搭建了D8PSK/DBC-ASK正交光标记仿真系统。在仿真实验中,用D8PSK调制100Gb/s的载荷信号、DBC-ASK调制10Gb/s的标记信号,实现高速信号的正交光标记调制。分析了调制消光比对误码率的影响,仿真结果表明在相同误码率条件下,该系统的调制消光比可以达到11d B,且其系统容量更大、传输速率也更高。The traditional orthogonal optical labeling schemes are mostly sensitive to the extinction ratio,which limits the high-speed and long-distance transmission of the optical signals. The low extinction ratio sensitivity of differential bi-phase code(DBC) is theoretically analyzed. Based on the in-depth study of the modulation and demodulation principle of D8PSK/DBC-ASK orthogonal signal modulation and demodulation, a D8PSK/DBC-ASK orthogonal optical label system is proposed and constructed. In the simulation experiment, the optical label orthogonal modulation of high speed signal is realized by using D8PSK to modulate the load signal of 100 Gb/s and DBC-ASK to modulate the marked signal of 10 Gb/s. The influence of modulation extinction ratio on the bit error rate is analyzed. The simulation results show that the modulation extinction ratio of this system can reach 11 dB at the same bit error rate, better performance can be achieved by comparing with other orthogonal optical label systems.
