马克思双重向度“社会正义观”的当代阐释及意义

摘　　要：在当代哲学界中,学者越来越关注马克思哲学中的"正义"问题,并从不同视角和向度来研究马克思"正义"的深层内涵,主要侧重于马克思的劳动正义、交换正义与分配正义的研究。这些正义是否具有实质性的正义主要取决于生产正义,因为生产决定了交换、消费和分配的各环节,生产作为一种人类最基本的实践活动,具有"形而下"和"形而上"两重向度,所以,马克思社会正义观也具有"形而下"和"形而上"两重向度,两者具有内在的逻辑关联。马克思在批判资本主义法权下的社会正义观的基础上,提出符合人性和社会发展趋势的实质性的社会正义观,即建构实质的生产正义以及在此基础上的交换正义和分配正义,以此引导人类社会的发展。马克思双重向度的社会正义观在人类社会发展中具有重要的意义,它有助于澄清目前学者对马克思主义"正义观"的纷争;有助于中国学术界进一步深入研究马克思"社会正义观",从而推动中国社会主义社会的建设和完善。In contemporary philosophical academia,scholars pay more and more attention to the problem of "justice"in Marx's philosophy. They study the in-depth connotation of Marx's justice from different angles and directions,mainly focusing on Marx's Labor Justice,Exchange Justice and Distributive Justice. Whether they have substantive justice or not mainly depend on the justice of production because production determines every link of exchange,consumption and distribution. As the most basic practical activity of human being,production has tw o dimensions of "Metaphysics"and "Under-metaphysics". So does Marx 's view of Social Justice. On the basis of criticizing the view of social justice under the capitalist legal power,Marx put forw ard a substantive view of social justice in line with the human nature and social development,that is,to construct substantive production justice and exchange justice and distributive justice on this basis. That can guide the development of human society. Marx 's dual dimensions of view on social justice are of great significance in the development of human society,which is helpful to clarify the dispute on Marxist view of justice. It is helpful for Chinese academia to further study Marx's concept of social justice,thus to promote the construction and perfection of Chinese socialist society.
