摘  要:为了解广东地区鸭疫里默氏杆菌的流行情况,采用经优化建立的ERIC-PCR分型方法对来自广东地区16个鸭场的48株鸭疫里默氏杆菌分离株进行基因分型。结果表明:用ERIC-PCR法可将48个分离株分为16个基因型。12个鸭场存在着两种或两种以上基因型的菌株,并且不同鸭场流行基因型不同,8型和11型是较为流行的菌株。该研究结果可为广东地区鸭疫里默氏杆菌病的免疫防治提供参考。In order to make certain the prevalence ofRiemerella anatipestiferin Guangdong,48 isolates ofRiemerella anatipestiferfrom 16 farms in Guangdong were compared and analyzed by using the optimized ERIC-PCR. The result showed that 16 genotypes could be generated from the 48 isolates. Among the 16 farms,12 ofthem were found to have strains detected to have two or more than two genotypes, each farm with differentgenotype prevalence. Among them,genotype 8 and 11 were the most prevalent. This study is helpful for theprevention and control program consisting of vaccination and treatment ofRiemerella anatipestiferdisease inGuangdong.
