摘  要:建立了凸轮液压柱塞的动力学方程,研究了柱塞高速运动下的受力特点并计算了柱塞与凸轮的接触应力。结果显示,柱塞在运动过程中小头的侧向正压力发生了一次换向,通过换向增加了柱塞与液压缸体的接触面,能有效改善柱塞工作的可靠性。根据计算的最大接触应力为807.776 MPa可知,选用一般的工具钢就能满足接触强度的要求。The dynamic equation of the cam hydraulic plunger was established. The stress characteristics of the plunger in high speed were studied,and the contact stress between the plunger and the cam was calculated. The results showed that when the plunger moves,the lateral pressure of the small end had a reversal. The contact surface between the plunger and the hydraulic cylinder was increased by reversing,which can effectively improve the reliability of the plunger. According to calculation,the maximum contact stress is 807. 776 MPa,so the general tool steel can meet the requirements of contact strength.
