摘 要:通过建立采煤机截割电机在两相任意旋转坐标系上的动态数学模型和仿真模型,分别对电机静态特性和动态特性进行了研究。结果表明所建立模型能够充分反映实际电机运行情况,并且通过动态仿真可知电机功率的变化可以反映到电流变化上,其电流有效值的变化和转矩的变化基本一致,为通过对电流的检测来实现对电机功率的在线监测提供依据。Through establishing the dynamic mathematical model and simulation model of the cutting motor of the shearer in the two phase arbitrary rotating coordinate system,the static and dynamic characteristics of the motor were studied respectively. The results showed that the model can fully reflect the actual operation of the motor. Through dynamic simulation,we can see that the change of motor power can be reflected on current change,and the change of current effective value and that of torque are basically the same. It provides the basis for on-line monitoring of motor power by the current detection.
