双乌镇痛胶囊治疗偏头痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察双乌镇痛胶囊治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年10月至2015年10月本院收治的偏头痛患者450例,按随机数字表法分为双乌镇痛胶囊组、阿司匹林肠溶片组和三七伤药片组,各150例。双乌镇痛胶囊组给予双乌镇痛胶囊口服治疗,阿司匹林肠溶片组给予阿司匹林肠溶片口服治疗,三七伤药片组给予三七伤药片口服治疗,3组患者疗程均为2周,治疗期间禁止用其他的止痛药物,观察3组患者的临床疗效。结果:双乌镇痛胶囊组有效率90.0%,阿司匹林肠溶片组有效率79.3%,三七伤药片组有效率74.0%,双乌镇痛胶囊组优于阿司匹林肠溶片组、三七伤药片组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;双乌镇痛胶囊组治疗后非疼痛时间、VRS评分、VAS评分优于阿司匹林肠溶片组、三七伤药片组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:双乌镇痛胶囊治疗偏头痛有较好的疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Shuangwu Zhentong Capsules（ SWZTC） on migraine. Methods：Four hundred and fifty patients with migraine treated in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2015 were divided into the SWZTC group,the Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets group and the Sanqi Shang Tablets（ SQST） group. The ones in the SWZTC group were given SWZTC for oral administration,and the ones in the Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets group were given SWZTC for oral administration,and the SQST group were given SQST for oral administration. The 3 groups were all treated for 2 weeks,and other analgesic drugs were prohibited during the treatment,and the clinical efficacies of the 3 groups were observed. Results：The effective rate of the SWZTC group was 90%,and that of the Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets group was 79. 3%,and that of the SQST group was74. 0%,and the SWZTC group was superior to the Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets group and the SQST group（ P〈0. 05）,and the difference was statistically significant. After the treatment,the non-pain time,the VRS score and the VAS score of the WZTC group were superior to the Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets group and the SQST group（ P〈0. 05）,and all the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion：SWZTC has a remarkable clinical curative effect on migraine.
