升降散加减对手足口病患儿神经内分泌、免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察升降散加减对手足口病患儿神经内分泌、免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年10月本院住院治疗的手足口病患儿68例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组32例和对照组36例。所有患儿在住院期间均给予常规对症治疗,对照组在常规对症治疗的基础上给予阿昔洛韦口服治疗,治疗组在常规对症治疗的基础上给予升降散加减治疗。结果:治疗组退热时间、疱疹消退时间优于对照组,差异有显著统计意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后COR、Ig G、Ig A水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:升降散加减治疗手足口病疗效显著,能改善患儿免疫功能。Objective：To observe the influence of Modified Ascending and Descending Powder on Neuroendocrine and immune function of children with hand-foot-mouth disease（ HFMD）. Methods：Sixty-eight children with（ HFMD） who were treated in our hospital between Jan. 2015 and Oct. 2016 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 32 and 36 cases in each group respectively. All the children were treated with routine symptomatic treatment during hospitalization,and the control group was additionally given acyclovir for oral treatment on the basis of routine symptomatic treatment,and the treatment group was additionally given Modified Ascending and Descending Powder on the basis of routine symptomatic treatment. Results：The time of defervesce and herpes regression in the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of COR,Ig G and Ig A in the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Modified Ascending and Descending Powder has a remarkable clinical curative effect on HFMD,can improve the diseased children＇ s immune function.
