舒筋活血汤治疗神经根型颈椎病25例

摘　　要：目的:观察舒筋活血汤治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年9月至2017年8月本院治疗的神经根型颈椎病患者50例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组各25例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用舒筋活血汤治疗。结果:治疗组有效率92.00%,对照组有效率68.00%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;治疗组治疗后VAS评分优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;治疗组治疗期间不良反应发生率为4%,对照组治疗期间不良反应发生率为8%,给予针对性处理后症状消失,组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:舒筋活血汤治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction for Relaxing Muscles and Activating Blood Circulation on cervical spondylotic radicular disease. Methods： Fifty patients with cervical spondylotic radicular disease treated in our hospital from September 2016 to August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,25 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given conventional western medicine,while the ones in the treatment group were additionally treated with Decoction for Relaxing Muscles and Activating Blood Circulation on the basis of the control group. Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 92%,while that of the control group was 68%,the treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）,the difference was statistically significant. The VAS score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）,the difference was statistically significant. The incidence of adverse reaction was 4% in the treatment group and 8% in the control group during the treatment. The symptoms disappeared after targeted treatment,and there was no significant difference between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion：Decoction for Relaxing Muscles and Activating Blood Circulation has a remarkable clinical curative effect on cervical spondylotic radicular disease.
