摘　　要：目的:益气养阴活血通络法治疗Ⅲ期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年12月江西省中医院肾内科住院及门诊治疗的糖尿病肾病患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。所有患者均给予一般治疗,治疗组给予益气养阴活血通络法治疗,对照组给予厄贝沙坦片治疗。结果:治疗组有效率86.67%,对照组有效率73.33%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;治疗组治疗后临床症状体征积分优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;治疗组治疗后Cys-C、Hcy、U-m Alb、尿β_2-MG水平优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:益气养阴活血通络法治疗Ⅲ期糖尿病肾病疗效显著。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of method of supplementing qi and nourishing yin and activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals on diabetic nephropathy（ DN） of Phase III. Methods：Sixty patients with diabetic nephropathy who were treated in the Nephrology Department of the Jiangxi Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group. All patients were given general treatment,while the treatment group was additionally treated with method of supplementing qi and nourishing yin and activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals,while the control group was treated with Irbesartan Tablets. Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 86. 67%,while that of the control group was 73. 33%,the treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）,the difference was statistically significant. The clinical symptom score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）,and the difference was statistically significant.The level of Cys-C,Hcy,U-m Alb and urine beta 2-MG in the treatment group was better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. and all the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion：Method of supplementing qi and nourishing yin and activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals has a remarkable clinical curative effect on DNof Phase III.
