槐榆通便合剂治疗实热型便秘75例

摘　　要：目的:观察槐榆通便合剂治疗实热型便秘的临床疗效。方法:将153例实热型便秘患者随机分为治疗组75例和对照组78例。治疗组予以槐榆通便合剂口服,对照组予以麻仁胶囊口服。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分变化情况。结果:对照组痊愈率为65.4%,治疗组痊愈率为80.0%,两组患者痊愈率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有效率为92.3%,治疗组有效率为98.7%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后排便费力、便质、腹部胀满、食欲不振的中医证候积分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:槐榆通便合剂治疗实热型便秘临床疗效显著,可改善患者的临床症状。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Huaiyu Tongbian Mixture（ HYTBM） on constipation with excess heat syndrome. Methods：One hundred and fifty-three patients with constipation with excess heat syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group（75 cases） and the control group（78 cases）. The ones in the treatment group were treated with HYTBM for oral administration,while the ones in the control group were treated with Maren Capsule（ MRC） for oral administration. Then the clinical efficacies and the changes of TCM symptom scores of the two groups were compared. Results：The cure rate of the control group was 65. 4%,and that of the treatment group was 80%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. The effective rate of the control group was 92. 3%,and that of the treatment group was 98. 7%,and the two groups had no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. After the treatment,the symptom scores in patients with laborious defecation,stool state,abdominal fullness and loss of appetite were significantly lower than those before the treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：HYTBM has a remarkable efficacy on constipation with excess heat syndrome,can improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms.
