捏脊疗法评述

摘　　要：捏脊疗法是常用的推拿治疗手法之一,以其操作简便、易于掌握,且具有良好的临床疗效而被广泛应用。从捏脊疗法最早用于治疗急性腹痛、肺结核,到明清时期在儿科疾病中的广泛应用,捏脊疗法的适应症在不断的得以拓宽。捏脊疗法治疗儿科疾病疗效突出,治疗病症主要是以儿科的消化系统、呼吸系统为主,多用于治疗食积、厌食、泄泻、上呼吸道感染、哮喘等疾病。捏脊疗法治疗免疫系统疾病、神经系统疾病、运动系统疾病、内分泌系统疾病也有较好的疗效,在以后的研究应用中,捏脊疗法适应症的进一步扩大值得关注。同时捏脊疗法临床研究的设计存在着诸多不足,其疗效的客观性、稳定性、可重复性有待进一步加强。Chiropractic therapy is one of the commonly-used massage therapies. It is widely used for its simple operation,easy mastery and good clinical efficacy. The adaptation of chiropractic therapy is continuously widened from the earliest use of chiropractic therapy for the treatment of acute abdominal pain and tuberculosis to the widespread use of paediatric diseases in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Chiropractic therapy is an effective treatment for paediatric diseases. The treatment is mainly based on the digestive system and respiratory system of paediatrics. It is often used in the treatment of dyspepsia,anorexia,diarrhea,upper respiratory tract infection,asthma and other diseases. Chiropractic therapy is also effective in treating diseases of the immune system,nervous system,motor system and endocrine system. In the future research and application,the further enlargement of chiropractic therapy is worthy of attention. At the same time,there are many deficiencies in the design of chiropractic clinical research,and the objectivity,stability and repeatability of its curative effect need to be further strengthened.
