摘  要:提出了一种由星形装药的星角与车轮形装药的辐条交替排列组合而成的新型组合树突形装药。该装药有10个可控结构参数,根据星角与辐条组合搭配的不同,可划分为5种组合类型。导出了该装药不同组合类型下的燃烧周长与通气面积随燃烧肉厚的计算公式;分析了星形和车轮形装药与新型组合树突形装药装填分数的大小关系。实际计算得到燃烧周长与通气面积随着燃烧肉厚的变化曲线。结果表明,新型组合树突形装药是固体火箭发动机的一种特殊装药形式,在初始燃烧面积与相同结构参数大小相等的情况下,比星形和车轮形装药有更大的装填分数;比星形和车轮形装药有更多可调参数,容易获得相对稳定的燃烧面积,可适应更多的内弹道特性需求。新型组合树突形装药为固体火箭发动机的工程设计提供了更多的灵活性。The new kind of combined dendrite grain,composed of interlaced star and wagon segments,is proposed.The grain has10 controllable structure parameters and 5 categories according to different combined conditions of star and wagon segments. Burn perimeter and port area formulas of different grain combined types were derived. Loading fractions of the star grain and the wagon wheel grain were compared with the new kind of combined dendrite grain. The curves of burn perimeter and port area versus burn web were acquired through actual calculation.The results show that the new kind of combined dendrite grain is a unique grain configuration.It has a higher loading fraction than the star grain and the wagon wheel grain under the conditions that the initial burn areas and structure parameters are equal.It has more controllable parameters than the star grain and the wagon wheel grain,thus it can achieve relatively stable burning area,so as to adapt much more internal ballistic demands.This new kind of combined dendrite grain provides higher flexibility to engineering design of solid rocket motors.
