摘  要:为改善微米Al粉的活性,通过湿磨、干磨两步球磨法,将低含量的氟化石墨(PMF)掺杂到铝粉中,制备了Al/PMF 95%/5%和90%/10%两种成分的复合粉末,并利用激光粒度分析仪、XRD、SEM/EDX、TG/DTA和氧弹量热仪等测试手段,对复合粉末的粒径分布、物相、形貌、热性能及燃烧焓进行表征。结果发现,Al/PMF 95%/5%和90%/10%两种复合粉末均呈现等轴状。随着PMF含量的增加,复合粉末的平均粒径从20.6μm减小到13.7μm,且粒径分布范围变窄。球磨制备的Al/PMF 95%/5%和90%/10%复合粉末的燃烧焓分别为22.26 k J/g和21.51 k J/g,略低于物理混合。TG/DTA结果显示,相对于纯Al粉,Al/PMF 95%/5%和90%/10%两种复合粉末均表现出明显增强的热反应活性,且反应开始温度提前。此外,还对Al/PMF 90%/10%复合粉末详细的氧化过程及氧化产物防团聚机理进行了研究。To improve the reactivity of aluminum,fuel-rich aluminum/poly( carbon monofluoride)( PMF) composite powders( Al/PMF 95%/5% and 90%/10%) were prepared by two-step mechanical activation( MA).The particle size distribution,phase composition,morphology,thermal properties and combustion enthalpies were characterized by a laser particle size analyzer,XRD,SEM/EDX,TG/DTA and oxygen bomb calorimeter,respectively.The results show that both Al/PMF 95%/5% and 90%/10% composite powders present equiaxial shape.With the increase of PMF content,the mean particle diameter of composite powders decreases from 20.6 μm to 13.7 μm,and the size distribution range narrows down.The combustion enthalpies of milled Al/PMF 95%/5% and90%/10% composite powders are respectively 22.26 k J/g and 21.51 k J/g,which are slightly lower than those of physical mix.TG/DTA results reveal that,compared with pure Al,Al/PMF 95%/5% and 90%/10% composite powders all show significantly enhanced thermal reactivity and the oxidation onset temperature was reduced. In addition,the detailed oxidation process and anti-agglomeration mechanism of Al/PMF 90%/10% composite powders are discussed.
