摘　　要：工会作为党联系职工群众的桥梁和纽带,基本职责是维护职工合法权益。然而在工会的维权道路上,因各种机制、体制的原因,维权缺位、维权滞后等现象时有发生。如何能建设好工会维权机制,让工会的维权职能落到实处,接地气是摆在工会改革发展面前的一大难题,也需要我们革除旧有的不利因素,顺应新时代的发展要求,用创新的思维方式去探索新时期工会维权机制。Trade unions shall represent the interests of workers and safeguard their lawful rights and interests in accordance with the law. A basic function of a trade union is to safeguard the legitimate interests of the people. However, on the road of trade union rights protection, due to various mechanisms and systems, the lack of rights protection, such as the delay in the occurrence of phenomena. How to build a good trade union rights mechanism, so that the trade union rights function of the implementation of the ground gas in the face of trade union reform and development is a big problem. We must overcome the disadvantages of the old, adapt to the development requirements of the new era, and explore the trade union rights mechanism in the new era with innovative thinking.
