摘  要:增压开采工艺是煤层气开采后期提高采收率的重要手段,单井增压工艺可将低产井口的套管压力抽吸至负压,最大限度提高采收率。实施单井增压后,可以提高单井日产量达46%,单井采出程度提高30%~40%,证实了煤层气藏单井增压良好的应用前景。同时,螺杆压缩机性能稳定,工况范围宽,最低吸气压力可达-0.01MPa;相比传统活塞压缩机,喷油螺杆压缩机更能满足单井增压的工况条件。The pressure boosting stimulation technology is an important method of increasing the drainage rate during the late stage of CBM development,and by adopting the process of single well pressure boosting could help to get a negative casing pressure for low production CBM wells,so as to obtain the maximum drainage rate. The daily production of single well could be up by 46% with this process,and the recovery percent of single well could be improved by 30% ~ 40%,which prove a good application prospect for CBM single well pressure boosting. Meanwhile,screw compressor could provide a stable performance with a large working rang,and the lowest suction pressure could reach-0. 01 MPa. Compared with traditional piston compressors,oil-injected screw compressor would provide better performance for the working condition of single well pressure boosting.
