摘　　要：目的:分析医院门急诊抗菌药物处方的合理用药情况,为促进抗菌药物合理使用提供参考。方法:抽取2016年第三季度—2017年第四季度抗菌药物处方28 857张,分析与点评抗菌药物处方的不合理用药原因。结果:除2016年第三季度无指征用药较多外,其余各个季度的不合理用药原因中,抗菌药物使用频次不合理占首位,其次是无指征用药,再则是诊断不明确用药。结论:需进一步加强抗菌药物管理,通过各种手段促进抗菌药物合理使用。Objective： To analyze the rational medication of anti-microbial agents prescriptions in out-patient and emergency departments of hospital and to provide a reference for promoting the rational medication of antibacterial drugs.Methods： From the third quarter of 2016 to the fourth quarter of 2017,a total of 28 857 cases of prescription antibiotics were collected.The reasons for the unreasonable medication of antimicrobial drugs were analysed and reviewed.Results： Except the third quarter of 2016,the reason for the unreasonable medication of antimicrobial drugs in the other quarters was the irrational use frequency of antibiotics,the next was drug use without indicetion and drug use on unclear diagnosis.Conclusion： It is necessary to strengthen the management of antimicrobial agents and to promote the rational medication of antibacterial drugs through various means.
