摘　　要：介绍了脱硫扒渣过程、脱硫扒渣机远程无线控制技术原理、脱硫扒渣机远程无线控制系统的组成及远程遥控扒渣的应用效果。结果表明，脱硫扒渣机远程无线控制技术的应用可明显降低人力成本，大幅提高劳动生产率，减少设备损耗率，改善操作环境。The desulfurization and slagging-off process, the principle of the remote technology for the desulfurization and slagging-off machine, the composition of the control system for the desulfurization and slagging-off machine, and the application wireless control remote wireless effect of remote control slagging were introduced. The results showed that the application of the remote wireless control technology for the desulfurization and slagging-off machine could significantly reduce the labor cost, greatly increase the labor productivity, reduce the equipment loss rate, and improve the operating environment.
