补肾活血汤剂辅助治疗中青年高血压早期肾损害疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探究补肾活血汤剂辅助治疗中青年高血压早期肾损害患者的疗效及其对患者肾功能、β2微球蛋白、MAlb和血脂的影响。方法：将2016年1月—2017年1月期间我院收治的100例中青年高血压早期肾损害患者随机分为两组,各50例;对照组予以常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组治疗方案基础上予以补肾活血汤剂,比较两组患者的治疗有效率、血压变化情况及Scr、BUN、β2微球蛋白、MAlb和血脂水平。结果：研究组患者的治疗有效率为90.0%,明显高于对照组的72.0%（P〈0.05）;两组患者治疗期间均未出现不良反应事件;研究组患者治疗后的SBP、DBP、PP、24h SBP、24h DBP及24h PP均明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）;研究组患者治疗后的Scr、BUN、β2微球蛋白、MAlb水平明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）;两组患者治疗前后TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C水平差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：补肾活血汤剂辅助治疗中青年高血压早期肾损害患者具有显著疗效和可靠安全性,明显降低β2微球蛋白、MAlb水平,改善肾功能,但对血脂无影响。Objective：To study the influence of Bushen Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of early renal damage in young and middle-aged patients with essential hypertension on the clinical efficacy,renal function,β2 microglobulin,MAlb and blood lipid level. Methods：100 young and middle-aged patients with essential hypertension and early renal damage admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,each had 50 cases;The control group was given routine Western medicine treatment,and the research group was given Bushen Huoxue Decoction on the basis of routine Western medicine;After treatment,the clinical efficacy,blood pressure changes and Scr,BUN,β2 microglobulin,MAlb and lipid levels of two groups were compared. Results：The effective rate of the research group was 90.0%,which was significantly higher than 72.0% of the control group（P〈0.05）;There were not adverse events occurring in two groups during the treatment period;After treatment,SBP,DBP,PP,24 h SBP,24 h DBP and 24 h PP of the research group were significantly less than those of the control group（P〈0.01）,and Scr,BUN,β2 microglobulin,MAlb levels of the research group were significantly lower than those of control group（P〈0.01）;After treatment,the differences between TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C levels of two groups were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Bushen Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of early renal damage in young and middle-aged patients with essential hypertension has good clinical efficacy and reliable safety,and improve renal function,and decrease β2 microglobulin,MAlb levels,but rarely influence blood lipid level.
