摘　　要：目的：通过对刮痧及穴位埋线结合药线点灸综合疗法治疗乳腺增生症的疗效进行客观评价,为多种针灸方法联合使用治疗该病提供新思路和新途径。方法：将符合纳入标准的80例乳腺增生症女性患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表方法分成治疗组及对照组各40例,观察两组治疗前后症状、体征的变化以及临床疗效情况。结果：两组均能有效缓解乳房疼痛程度、缩小乳腺肿块及减轻全身伴随症状,但治疗组的作用比对照组更好、更稳定持久（P〈0.05）。结论：刮痧及穴位埋线结合药线点灸治疗乳腺增生症疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective：To objective evaluate the curative effects of the therapy about scraping and acupoint catgut embedding combined with medicated thread moxibustion in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands,provide new ideas and new ways for the treatment of combining with various therapy of acupuncture for this disease. Methods：According to random number divided 80 female patients with hyperplasia of breast who were included in the study into 2 groups,the treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group. To observe the changes of symptoms,signs and clinical efficacy in the two groups,before and after treatment. Results：The two groups can effectively alleviate the degree of breast pain,improved breast mass,reduce or eliminate accompanying symptom of breast hyperplasia,while the treatment group was better,more steady and sustained than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The therapy of scraping and catgut implantation at acupoint combined with medicated thread moxibustion has significant curative effect in the treatment of breast hyperplasia,which is worthy of clinical application.
