摘  要:本文介绍了应用于某深空探测系统的高灵敏度模拟接收前端的研制,给出了其主要功能和组成。对限幅滤波低噪放单元、通带选择单元、自动增益控制单元和校正单元的工作原理和实现方式进行了阐述。实测结果表明该接收前端具有宽带、高增益、高灵敏度等特点,完全满足深空探测雷达整机要求。The development of a high sensibility receiver front-end for deep space exploration system is introduced in this paper. The main function and composition of the receiver front-end are given out. The design scheme and realization method of the limited filter LNA,the pass band selection,the automatic gain control and the calibration modules are put forward in detail. The test result shows the developed receiver front-end has the advantages of broad band,high gain and high sensibility,and fully meets the requirements of deep space exploration radar.
